Refund and Returns Policy

Overview

Our refund and returns policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since the arrival of your purchase, we can not offer you a full refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused as possible (we will not take into account when you tried the product for the first time) and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging (we don’t mind either if some minor, additional packaging is missing, such as tape or bubble wrap).

Be aware, digital items items are non-returnable.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

There are certain situations where guaranteed refunds are granted:

  • Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
  • A wrong item is sent instead of the one asked for in the first place.

Please, remember to put “Refund” in the “Issue” field when you contact us.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a new receipt will be sent to your email address, proving that this refund was actually made.

If you are rejected, then your refund will be cancelled, with an explanation of why. You will have the option to either still accept the product or not.

If accepted, the item will be shipped to you again, and no further refunds request will be accepted.

If not accepted, we will simply keep the item. No further refunds will be accepted.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective, damaged or if said item is the wrong one. Please, put “Exchange” in the “Issue” field when you contact us

Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased, you’ll receive a gift certificate. This certificate guarantees that regardless if you chose to ship the item to yourself or to the gift receiver, you can start the process of a refund or an exchange for either case.

Shipping returns

To return your product, you should mail your product to:

Shipping costs are covered by our temporary refund-exchange certificate. This certificate will be given to you the moment you decide to start a refund or exchange. Show this certificate to the mail service specified in said certificate.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
